Poundfield Precast is a leading manufacturer of precast and prestressed concrete supplying the whole of the UK from two locations in East Anglia and the Northwest. Founded in 1999, we have built a reputation for developing unique and effective products by working closely with our clients. We can mass-produce concrete units for any construction project or produce individual one-off components for smaller jobs. With the facilities to manufacture high volume as well as one-off pieces, as well as install your precast units on your behalf, Poundfield Precast offers a comprehensive service from design through to finish.
We work with a wide range of blue-chip clients and projects, ranging from coastal and river defence work, civils, and railways through to major infrastructure projects for the likes of the Highways Agency, Network Rail, HS2 and Tideway, to name but a few.
Precast concrete retaining walls
Specialists in the retaining wall market, we have seven trademarked core products, including the unique ‘A’ shaped Alfabloc®. Our products are used extensively in the construction, agricultural, ports and shipping, and waste and recycling industries and are used to retain everything from soil and earth, through to bulk commodities and waste products. We also offer a complete installation package for our clients depending on your requirements.
Beam & block concrete flooring solutions
Poundfield Precast manufacture high quality concrete beam and block floors for both residential and commercial properties. Our beams are made from a precision steel mould using pre-stressed steel wires covered in a bespoke concrete design to give a high quality product. Choose from two depths of 150mm or 225mm and we can cut to 25mm increments for quick delivery. Our flooring systems carry the CE Mark Accreditation British Standard EN 15037-1:2008.
Bespoke precast concrete products
We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke precast concrete units, which are custom made to your specification.
With a dedicated design team and mould manufacturing facilities on-site, we are able to produce a wide range of precast concrete components that are completely bespoke to your construction project. We can mass produce concrete units for any construction project or produce individual one-off components for smaller jobs.
